We believe in working together with our regional and national partners, boroughs and organisations to co-ordinate the delivery of sport and physical activity across South London in order to reach as many people as possible.
A number of networks have been established to achieve this co-ordinated approach. The various networks and leadership groups which have been formed are listed below:
National Governing Bodies
National Governing Bodies of Sport (NGBs) are independent organisations who lead the development and delivery of their sport nationally and locally. They tend to be membership organisations with a number of affiliated clubs at community level.

Community Sport & Physical Activity Network
Community Sport & Physical Activity Networks (CSPANs) are a key component of the Delivery System of Sport with the South London boroughs. They consist of key representatives from the sport and physical activity sector and aim to create, drive and monitor policies at a local level.

School Sport Partnerships
School Sports Partnerships (SSPs) are responsible for the coordination of school sport. The aim of the SSP, in partnership with the local authority, is to increase participation and give all young people access to sport and physical activity.

County Sports Partnership Network
The County Sports Partnership Network (CSPN) is a nationwide network of 49 County Sports Partnerships (CSPs) which are committed to working together to provide a cohesive offer to regional and national agencies, sharing good practice and continually improving the effectiveness of the network.
